Songfacts®:

  • This sexually charged lead single from American rapper Bow Wow's seventh album Underrated is the former teen star's debut with his new label, Cash Money. The song was released on the Internet on October 13, 2011 and digitally on October 24, 2011.
  • The song features Bow Wow's new label mate Lil Wayne and was produced by Noel "Detail" Fisher. Detail told MTV News the collaboration nearly didn't happen as Weezy and the young pup had already cut one track together. It only came about after a conversation between Detail and Young Money president Mack Maine at Wayne's Tha Carter IV release party. " I was talking to [Maine] about the 'Sweat' record. He hadn't even heard [it]. He was like, '[Wayne] already got a record with Bow Wow,' " Detail recalled to MTV News. So Detail sent Maine the beat for this song and the Young Money head honcho okayed a second Wayne feature for Bow Wow. "He hit me back and said, 'Damn that bitch is a beast,' " Detail recalled. "So when he said that, I knew off the top that this motherf---er gonna go."
