  • This tongue-in-cheek spoof on the celebrity lifestyle has a video that parodies reality TV shows. The Peter Zavadil-directed clip featured William Shatner playing a Simon Cowell style judge who becomes very critical of Paisley during his performance.

When Paisley originally asked the Star Trek icon if he would be in his music video for "Celebrity," he declined. The country singer recalled in an interview during the 2018 Country Radio Seminar that Shatner changed his mind once he'd heard the song.

"Eventually I grabbed the guitar and sang it, and he laughed at it - he howled," Paisley said. "He said, 'Is that the song?' I told him it was. And he said, 'You know what? I'll do it.'"
