Songfacts®:

  • Not to be confused with the 2010 release of the same name, this blistering uptempo track was written by drummer turned rhythm guitarist Gary Moat. Although it appears on the debut album by Burnt Out Wreck, Swallow, it has been around since 2012 when Moat was with a short-lived band called Mother's Ruin.

When asked if subject to the law of defamation, he could explain who it was about, he said, "Medusa is not about one woman it's about how all the beautiful women in the world have made men feel since the beginning of time I guess!" >>>
