Songfacts®:

  • Pleasures of the Flesh was the first Exodus album featuring Steve "Zetro" Souza on lead vocals, having taken over for Paul Baloff. "Til Death Do Us Part" was the first song he wrote with the band. Zetro says that it is about the band's fans. "I know that most people don't like our type of music: It's not really socially acceptable," he explained in our 2014 interview. "They don't play us on the radio. But don't worry, fans, 'til death do us part."
