Songfacts®:

  • Originally this track featured a bridge sung by Trey Songz and Miguel, but producer Kanye West decided it needed a harder rap vibe. "He was like, 'Yo we gotta turn it into hip-hop, we gotta chant the hook. He called a bunch of people, I called a bunch of people, they came down," Fat Joe recalled to MTV News.

'Ye and the Terror Squad leader recruited Miguel, Roscoe Dash, Jadakiss, Mos Def, Busta Rhymes and DJ Khaled to chant, "And even if she all about the money, I don't really care." "We was all in there together and it was an ill vibe," Joe told MTV News regarding the scene in the studio. "We brought the microphone outside the studio and no Styrofoam [sound proofing] and everybody together just going in."
  • Whilst West liked the track when Joe first played it for him, he still ended up taking it apart and putting it back together to his specifications. "He was like, 'Yeah, all right, engineer, erase everything ... and now let's start,' " Fat Joe recalled to MTV News of 'Ye's process. "I was like, 'Wow, this guy's crazy,' but you know, it's an adventure."
  • Hype Williams directed the music video, with Ashanti making a cameo appearance as the vixen the guys just can't get enough of. The star-studded clip also features Kanye West, DJ Khaled, Miguel, Jadakiss, Busta Rhymes, and Roscoe Dash.
