Songfacts®:

  • This is a track from Canadian singer-songwriter Fefe Dobson's official sophomore studio album, Joy. Dobson penned the song with Andrea Wasse, who is the vocalist of Ontario pop-rock outfit The Weekend, along with American guitarist David Lichens.
  • Dobson told Telus about the recording of the song: "It was a fun song to do because it really is about feeling confident... Not bring afraid to be a complete woman, entering a room and saying: 'Look at me move, fight and follow my own dreams.' It's about trust, internal and external."
