Songfacts®:

  • This corrido anthem, loaded with mischief and rhythm, tells the story of a night full of partying and fun. Fuerza Regida's frontman Jesus Ortiz Paz (JOP) flexes about his prowess with the ladies. His magnetic charm and dance moves attract the most beautiful girls in town.
  • "Sabor Fresa," which means "strawberry flavor," is a lyric in the opening verse. As the story unfolds, a girl showers JOP with endless kisses.

    Fresa, sabor fresa, quiere bellaquear
    Translates as:
Strawberry, strawberry flavor, she wants to get dirty

The lady, unable to resist JOP's allure, makes her intentions clear.
  • In the NSFW music video for "Sabor Fresa," the band members revel in a lavish mansion party alongside a bevy of enchanting women, their antics unfolding against the backdrop of a vibrant poolside setting. JOP assumes the role of a charismatic plastic surgeon, tending to these very women within the confines of his office by day and partying with them at night.
  • During the video, JOP crushes a purple tarantula and drags his foot, leaving a bloodstain of the same color. Some fans believe the scene is a way of dissing Mexican singer Peso Pluma. His album cover for Génesis features a purple tarantula, and he has also been known to wear purple clothing and accessories. Others believe that JOP is simply trying to be provocative and that he does not have any personal beef with Peso Pluma.
  • Paz co-wrote "TQM" with Ángel Ureta, Daniel Gutiérrez, Diego Millán, Jonathan Caro, and Miguel Armenta. Paz and Armenta co-produced the song with Angel Tumbado and Jimmy Humilde. The same four also produced Fuerza Regida's previous single, "TQM."
