Songfacts®:

  • Guitarist Laurent "Lags" Barnard recalled the writing of the song to Kerrang!: "The music in it is actually really old, I'd had it since the late '90s. We had a deadline forgetting the first album dark and we needed three more songs, so I said, 'f-- it, let's use this, will make it sound heavy and cool.'"

"I remember Frank (Carter, vocals), saying he had some lyrics and that it wasn't sure what I was going to think about them. I definitely didn't expect it to be what ended up being 'Orchestra of Wolves' but I knew it would definitely stand out."
