    Scott Verrill
    Oli Fox
  • Oli Fox and Scott Verrill are the musicians behind the UK duo Good Neighbours.
  • Hailing from Essex, Oli Fox gained attention in 2018 when he supported the Norwegian singer-songwriter Sigrid during her UK tour. He has released two EPs: Sunburnt in 2021 and The Season in 2022.
  • Scott Verrill previously worked on a solo artist project called Good Scott (and before that, Kwassa, inspired by a track from Vampire Weekend). He released three EPs pre-Good Neighbours: Animals in 2015, Wildlife in 2017 and fka kyko in 2019.
  • Before they were Good Neighbours, Scott Verrill and Oli Fox were once literal neighbors. Laying down tracks in separate studios in East London, they couldn't help but hear each other's music wafting through the walls. Intrigued by the sounds bleeding through the metal windows, a musical partnership was practically begging to happen.

"We could constantly hear what each of us was playing," Fox recalled to Billboard, "and on a spare morning, we did a bit of free writing together."
  • In 2023, Oli Fox and Scott Verrill joined forces to create the indie-rock sound of Good Neighbours. They released their debut single, "Home," in January 2024.
