Songfacts®:

  • This pensive song is the third single to be taken from southern Hip Hop artist Gucci Mane's second studio album, The State vs. Radric Davis.
  • In the song Gucci reflects on his relationships with rival rappers T.I. and Jeezy, both of whom he's had feuds with over the years and expresses regret for his derogatory comments about T.I.'s fiancée in his dis "What Kind of King." Gucci told radio presenter Miss Info that he had no more time to beef with artists. He said of the song's inspiration: "Growing up. Growth - musically and as a person. I feel like I owed it to my fans. There's a lot of diehard fans that have been writing me, praying for me. I gave it to them... What anybody else does, doesn't stop my serenity. I'm good."
  • The song's music video, on which television screens show various moments from Gucci's life, hit the internet the day after the rapper was sentenced to 12 months in jail for violating his parole.
