• This anthemic, soulfully uplifting song was made available as the lead single from Jess Glynne's sophomore album on May 4, 2018. It marked the first solo release from the singer since her debut album I Cry When I Laugh came out in 2015. However, in the meantime she'd kept her eye in with guest appearances on various tunes, including Rudimental's UK chart-topper "These Days."
• The song's music video was shot by Adriaan Louw (Mabel's " Fine Line") on Mexico's Los Yucatan peninsular. We see Glynne drive by the pink-coloured salt lakes of Los Coloradas and horse riding with local women in the city of Valladolid. Louw told Promo News:
  
  "Shooting with Jess Glynne was a dream. She was keen to do anything needed to achieve our narrative. She's great at riding a horse so that really counted in our favor.
  
  Shooting in Mexico was amazing. We were in the middle of a small town in Valladolid so we had to fly in our gear and crew to make this project happen. I was doing research online for the project when I found these pink lakes in Mexico. I knew we had to go there. It was a pretty surreal place to witness in person."
• Jess Glynne and co-writer Camille Purcell were both going through breakups when this song was written. Purcell recalled to the BBC: "She would call me in the middle of the night and make sure I wasn't crying. I'll always have a soft spot for that song. It makes me feel really emotional when I hear it."
• The song finds Jess Glynne singing about being there for someone when they're down. It is based around how she and Camille Purcell had got each other through hard times.
  
  "I think sometimes people think that their issues aren't enough to justify a feeling and they hold it in. People forget that everybody has the right to feel s--t and has the right to feel broken no matter what it is. No matter how big. No matter how small," Glynne told Genius. "That's where I feel like it is good to just be real with your feelings and not hide away from it."
