• The brothers wrote this acoustic song about puppy love during a break on Miley Cyrus' "Hannah Montana" tour. They penned it in about 15 or 20 minutes in their hotel room.
• One of the inspirations for this track came from the hit movie about a pregnant teenage girl, Juno. Nick Jonas explained to MTV News: "The vision for the song actually came from some different inspirations. But Juno was one of our favorite movies at the time, and the soundtrack is always kind of odd, so we decided to put those elements in the song, and it came very nicely." Nick added: "I think there are a lot of things we draw from, but that song in particular is a Beatles influence."
• Joe Jonas told MTV News that the lyrics' meaning is open to the listener's interpretation. Said Joe: "It can mean anything. But for us, it's throwing any past inhibitions to the wind." Nick added: "Really, just falling in love with somebody. And [how] if they break your heart - or however it ends - you think, 'That's it forever,' until the lovebug gets you [again]."
• The song's Philip Andelman directed video is a period-piece love story, which was inspired by the 2004 movie The Notebook. The clip starred 10,000BC actress Camilla Belle. Andelman told MTV News: "It was really funny, because we had, like, three days to prepare the video and they gave me a dream list of people they'd want in the video. They told me they know it's a long shot, but 'we are absolutely in love with Camilla Belle.' And sure enough, it worked out."
