Songfacts®:

  • This sensual Mike WiLL Made It produced track details a woman in control. "I like my kisses down low, makes me arch my back," sings Rowland, "When you give it to me slow, baby just like that." She told Big Tigger of V-103/Atlanta: "I think it's important for a lady to express that that's the way it should be handled some times."
  • The album was originally called "Year of the Woman" but its steamy feel caused Rowland to re-think the title. "I condensed it down to about 14 songs for this album," she told Big Tigger. "It encouraged me to change the title. I was a lot more revealing, a lot more intimate. It's called Talk A Good Game, now."
