Songfacts®:

  • This song was influenced by Justin Timberlake. "I wrote it with that in mind," frontman Andy Brown told Digital Spy. "I've been listening to lots of Justin's new stuff like 'Suit & Tie', and I thought it would be great to do something a bit funkier."

"We wrote really fast actually," Brown added. We did it in a couple of hours with producer Matt Schwartz, who's worked with Kylie. It was really fun writing it and we were listening to 'Senorita' by Justin and Earth Wind & Fire and stuff like that, so it was really cool to write a song like that."
