Songfacts®:

  • Here, Uzi raps about the usual topics to do with his lavish lifestyle. They include his expensive jewelry and newly acquired luxury Maybach car.
  • The song title does not appear in the lyrics. It refers to a female named Nicki from Uzi's hometown of Philadelphia. On the hook, he references getting intimate with her during his "homecoming."
  • Pennsylvania producer Bugaz Ronin came up with the bass-heavy beat. Ronin contributed to five of the songs on Eternal Atake and has also worked with rappers like Yung Bans and Lil Tracy.
  • Bugz Ronin told Billboard it was an 50-50 collaboration between him and Uzi.

The producer explained they had been vibing in the studio with the lights low. By 6:00 or 7:00 p.m., they had produced no music so Uzi said: "Yo we need some hard s--t."

Ronin "loaded up FL Studio and started working on hi-hats and the claps," getting some bounce going. Uzi was on his phone as he was adding sounds, so Ronin thought the rapper didn't like it. Then he realized Uzi was in his phone notes writing to his beat.
