Songfacts®:

  • This smooth slow jam finds Miguel with a lover who is easy to please as he croons sweet nothings to her. The song was penned by the "Adorn" singer specifically for the HBO show Girls. Speaking with Radio.com, Girls' Music Supervisor Manish Raval said that it was much easier than one might think to get the R&B crossover star to write a song for the show. "We are a huge fan of his and very early on in the process Lena (Dunham) said, 'Can we just call him and see if he'll do something?' We did, he said yes," Raval explained. "It was very easy, it was very simple."
  • Directed by Miguel himself, the artsy black-and-white clip was shot on the hard streets of East Los Angeles. The singer's lover is played by Sports Illustrated model Gigi Hadid. She also featured in the clip for her former boyfriend, Cody Simpson's, song "Surfboard."
