Songfacts®:

  • This disco-pop number is the second single from the British female duo, Mina Viva, who comprise Frankee Connolly and Britt Love. The song was written and produced by Brian Higgins and his production team Xenomania.
  • Lyrically, the song is full of regret and longing. Frankee told Digital Spy: "A lot of girls are going to relate to it. It's about letting a relationship go and wishing you'd tried harder to make it work. It's a don't-know-what-you've-got-til-it's-gone type of song." Britt added: "We really got into the zone when we recorded it and tried to put a lot of feeling into the vocals. I remember being in the studio thinking, 'God, this boy!' and getting a bit emotional."
