Songfacts®:

  • After 14 years apart the New Kids on the Block reformed in 2008. Though no longer "kids" (the oldest member, Jon Knight, was 39 when they reformed), they had, it appeared, retained their appeal as this single returned the record breaking boy band to the Billboard Hot 100. The Kids were last on the chart in 1994 with "Dirty Dawg," which only reached #66.
  • The main New Kids music man Donnie Wahlberg and young R&B/pop singer/songwriter Nasri (also known as Nazeree) wrote this. The latter also penned the New Kids song "Click, Click, Click ."
