Songfacts®:

  • "Slut Me Out" is a straight-up dirty sex jam. NLE Choppa doesn't hold back, spitting lyrics about getting busy in the church, on a plane, at a baseball game, even getting down in a threesome. It's extremely graphic, so be careful where you play it.
  • The song title has two meanings.

Choppa is straight-up telling his girl to "slut him out," which means he wants to get freaky deaky with her in every way possible.

The rapper flexes about his vegan lifestyle in the lyrics too while promoting Slutty Vegan, a popular plant-based burger restaurant chain based in Atlanta.
  • CashMoneyAP and APFinesseGTB created the fast-paced beat.

French producer CashMoneyAP garnered mainstream attention after he produced Lil Skies' song "Nowadays," which peaked at #55 on the Billboard Hot 100. He's since linked up with NLE Choppa on several of his joints, including "Famous Hoes" and "Walk Em Down."

Italian producer FinesseGTB's resumé also includes productions for Bad Bunny ("Yonaguni") and Polo G and Nicki Minaj ("For the Love Of New York").
  • NLE Choppa first teased "Slut Me Out" when he played the snippet of it on September 11, 2021, on Adin Ross's stream to over 100,000 people. He eventually released it as the lead single from Cottonwood 2 on April 22, 2022. It climbed into the Hot 100 Top 50 for the first time just under a year later after Choppa dropped a remix with the St. Louis rapper Sexyy Red.
  • Choppa has a lotta love for the Cottonwood hood in Southeast Memphis. You can tell it's real just by looking at the ink on his arm - dude's got the name tatted on there and everything. Plus, the MC titled both his 2019 debut EP and second studio album after the place that made him. That's some serious hometown pride right there.
