Songfacts®:

  • This track from the deluxe edition of Right Place, Right Time was penned by Olly Murs with Ed Drewett, who has co-written several of The Wanted's hits. Murs explained the song is about, "being in a relationship with someone pushing you away because they're going through a bad time."
  • Murs and Drewett wrote the song after conversations in which they went over old relationships. It was one of three tunes they penned together that ended up on the album. "They're not the kind of songs you'd expect me and Ed to write as we're bubbly characters," said Murs, "but we were able to open up to each other."
