  • Papa Roach wrote "None Of The Above" near the end of recording Crooked Teeth. Bassist Tobin Esperance said: "We were going for a classic rock-sounding anthem, juxtaposed with current, contemporary, sounds and taking a rock anthem to a younger generation."

Frontman Jacoby Shaddix added: "We're very proud of this song, it's kooky and adventurous. It's our attempt at putting all the things that leave us unsettled and angry in this world into one song."
  • The song's music video, directed by Bryson Roatch, was shot on location at Beaufort Castle in Luxembourg while the band was on tour in Europe. The clip features the DanceXperience ballet troupe and was choreographed by urban dance choreographer Alex Lopes.

"We wanted to create something you would not normally see from a rock band," said Roatch. "It was amazing and such an honor to work with other artists from a different culture and see their passion."
