  • During an interview with MTV News, Oakenfold paid tribute to Brittany Murphy, who suffered a cardiac arrest and died on December 20, 2009 at the age of 32. "That song did really well," Oakenfold said. "It's a shame, because she was not only a wonderful person but a fantastic vocalist. She was very open to embracing someone else's material, and she was the first actress I had worked with in terms of directing and producing a piece of music. She was very open-minded. The world never got to hear how good of a singer she really was."
