Songfacts®:

  • Perry Farrell has some harsh words for the "little liar" in this song, describing a woman he tries to kick out of his house, but won't leave. She tells him she's carrying his "little me," so he'd be a complete heel to give her the boot.

According to Porno For Pyros guitarist Peter DiStefano, it's based on a true story. "Perry had a girlfriend at the time and he thought she was pregnant - he thought he was going to have a kid," he told Songfacts. "Then it turned out that she wasn't pregnant. It's a love song, but it's a wild love song. I love the guitar riff."
  • The band wrote this song in the '90s during their first run, which lasted 1992-1998. They didn't record it until much later, and finally released it in 2024 just ahead of their farewell tour.
