  • During Nicki Minaj's Queen track "Barbie Dreams" the MC disses several rappers. One of her victims is Quavo, hinting they had a fling at some point.

Somebody go and make sure Karrueche okay though
I heard she think I'm tryna give the coochie to Quavo

This song is Quavo's response to "Barbie Dreams." Perhaps significantly, it is the third track on Huncho Dreams, just as "Barbie Dreams" is the third tune on Queen.
  • During the track Quavo admits to hurting Nicki Minaj emotionally when she recorded a verse for Migos' "MotorSport." He goes on to comment on her broken relationship with Meek Mill, who is known for using the term "young bull" to describe himself.

She said I hurt her feelings 52 times
Call up Queen, the Queen can't flex on the young bull

Nicki Minaj had no idea that her New York rap rival Cardi B would also be featured on "Motorsport" when she recorded her verse. She originally dropped her rhymes under the assumption it would be just her and Quavo; however, she said the Migos member later contacted her about Cardi's potential verse. Nicki told Zane Lowe that when she explained what happened people accused her of lying. So the Anaconda hitmaker texted Quavo and asked him to back her up as she didn't want people to think he was being untruthful. He didn't back her up. Instead Quavo replied: "I would go on Twitter and back you up if you were my girl lol." And that hurt Minaj because she loves him.
  • Quavo also claims that he got an excited response when he bought Minaj Chanel handbags.

    Made her scream
Chanel, I bought her two of 'em
    You can check IG
'Cause when she post, it go up
    Is she for keeps?

Back on July 3, 2018, Minaj shared a happy video showing her unwrapping two Chanel bags from a gift box.
  • Quavo's nickname is Huncho. The name of the Migos' rapper's collaboration with Travis Scott, Huncho Jack, is derived from "Huncho" and Travis Scott's record label Cactus Jack Records.
