  • AnonymousThe story behind “Tier” reads like the aftermath of “Wiener Blut”. The latter talks about the Josef Fritzl case, wherein an old, sick pervert holds his own daughter Elizabeth hostage and tapes her for seven years, passing off the offspring as “foundlings” that Joe and his wife adopted off the street. The former is a song about the pervert’s actions, for which the daughter retaliates by killing the guy. Frankly, Elizabeth should’ve done the same to Papa Joe.
