Songfacts®:

  • Regard teams up with the British singer-songwriter Ella Henderson for this trance banger. Henderson defiantly addresses her ex, telling him she's not losing any sleep over their breakup.
  • When Regard started working on "No Sleep" one summer evening in 2022, he took the meaning of the song literally. The Kosovo-Albanian producer was so consumed by making the track, he worked through the night, and by the end of his session, it was morning.

"I had such a good feeling about this song," he told Official Charts.com. "I didn't feel I needed to stop or take any breaks, I was so focused on finishing it. When you know, you know, and don't stop the flow!"
  • This marks the first collaboration between Regard and Ella Henderson. The English singer-songwriter has form for singing on dance bangers, having provided the vocals for hit songs by Sigma, Kygo, Jax Jones, Nathan Dawe, David Guetta, and Switch Disco.
  • Regard and Ella Henderson co-wrote "No Sleep" with Mark Ralph, Bryn Christopher, Sinai Tedros, Naitumela Masuku, and Georgia Ku. The Kosovan-Albanian DJ produced the track himself.
