"But then when you get in the studio with him, I don't understand why he hasn't been making music in the pop scene for longer. You've just got to listen to him on the radio to hear how much he loves music. So why the f--k shouldn't he be in the studio creating it? He knows his s--t and he's really good at what he does."
  
  The funny thing is," Smith added,"when you're in the booth and he's speaking to you, it does feel like you're in a radio interview!"
