Songfacts®:

  • Dancehall superstar Sean Paul transforms himself into a clubber with this trance-inspired high-energy dance anthem. The song finds the Jamaican singer instructing girls on the dance floor how to get a guy's attention. It was released on September 29, 2011 on Skyrock (French radio).
  • The song was co-written and produced by the dance-pop hitmaker Benny Blanco, whose impressive resumé includes Katy Perry's "I Kissed a Girl," Kesha's "TiK ToK" and Bruno Mars'"Grenade." Paul told Billboard magazine that Blanco took him in a unique direction with the two tracks they worked on together for Tomahawk Technique. "Most of my stuff is in a certain range and I'm very comfortable -- I have a tone that's instantly recognizable to people," he said of his signature style. "But the stuff I'm doing with Benny is different. Everytime someone hears the songs, the first thing they ask me is, 'Who is singing the hook?' and I say, 'It's me.' They say 'Whoa, it sounds different! But it sounds good.'"
  • Evan Winter directed the music video, which was shot at Long Island's MacArthur Airport in New York. The airport wasn't closed for filming, so passengers were able to watch Sean Paul perform while they waited for their baggage. America's Next Top Model's Lisa Jackson makes a cameo appearance as a seductive TSA officer.
