Deyo wrote: "While we wanted to write some new worship songs, we also chose to include some that were already popular. 'Open The Eyes…' by Paul Baloche was a very special one. The power of this simple song has not faded, probably, because Paul wrote it in an authentic moment of worship – it wasn't the crafting of a hit song; it was his prayer."
