Songfacts®:

  • This is the title track of the eighth album from Scottish Rock band Texas. The Conversation was the group's first studio album of new material since Red Book in 2005.
  • The accompanying music video stars singer Sharleen Spiteri and actor Peter Mullan, who is best known for his roles in Trainspotting and the Harry Potter film series. Spiteri explained to The Guardian: "Basically, I'm supposed to be an art thief and Peter Mullan is supposed to be the boss of me, but someone's got wind of our game and tries to intercept that. And I'm thinking he will get caught."
