  • This was Alex Turner and Miles Kane's first collaborative song. They wrote it in alternative lines. Turner told The Daily Telegraph October 18, 2008: "we were swapping the vocal every line, and we'd have probably taken it as far as singing alternate words if the producer had let us."
  • Turner explained to The Daily Telegraph that this claustrophobic number is "just a reminder not to torture yourself fretting about things." He added that him and Miles Kane "are terrible ones for doing that; perhaps that's one of the points we formed a bond on, even before the songs."
