  • Singer Billy Lunn has often declared "Mary" as his favorite song to play live from the early days, outside of the singles. In an interview with the Birmingham Mail in 2015, he discussed the song's meaning: "I wrote that song about my mum, from the days when we were living on an estate in Welwyn Garden City. We were living day-to-day, I was working in a hotel collecting the dirty sheets from the hotel rooms, and I ran home when I had that melody ringing around my head. And it’s such a happy tune to play live."
