  • This was originally released as Australian female duo the Veronicas' first single from their 2005 debut album, The Secret Life Of…. It peaked at #2 on the ARIA charts. Four years later it was re-released in the US and UK.
  • The song featured on the first episode of the third season of the MTV series Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County It was also used in the Amanda Bynes starring film She's the Man.
  • The song's music video won the award for Best Music Video at the 2006 MTV Australia Video Music Awards. It was re-filmed in July 2009 for the single's re-release.
  • Lisa Origliasso of The Veronicas described this to Digital Spy as: "Just a really fun song. It's got a great guitar riff and the message behind it isn't anything too heavy. It's about living life for the moment, forgetting about your worries and just getting up and dancing. Plus it's a bit bratty, which we like!"
