    Frontman Jon Mikl Thor came to rock music via bodybuilding, so that last line should be taken literally, but he didn't write it. Now that's something to be proud of!

    "I'm So Proud" is the fourth track on Keep The Dogs Away; running (thankfully) to a mere two and a half minutes, it is credited to John Shand and Willi Morrison. >>>
