Songfacts®:

  • This song features uncredited vocals from Swedish songwriter and producer Michel Zitron, who is vocalist John Martin's regular writing partner. The pair contributed to Swedish House Mafia's hit singles "Save The World" and "Don't You Worry Child."
  • The song finds Tiesto departing from his trademark trance influenced sound and incorporating acoustic elements. Tiesto and Zitron penned the tune with Swedish songwriters Rami Yacoub and Carl Falk, who are responsible for many of One Direction's hit singles and Wayne Hector, who has contributed to chart-toppers for the likes of Westlife, JLS and The Wanted.
  • Despite being one of the most famous DJs in the world for over a decade, this was Tiesto's first radio hit. "For me it's like the icing on the cake on my career," he told Spin magazine. "When I made the song, and when I had the chorus, I knew it was going to be something. I didn't know how big. It's a lot bigger than I expected. I knew it was going to be big in my community when I played it for my fans. But I didn't expect it to be that big on the radio."
