Songfacts®:

  • This features Australian singer Guy Sebastian crooning the hook. Sebastian was the first ever winner on Australian Idol back in 2003, and he has gone on to become one of the country's most successful musical performers. He is the first Australian male artist in the country's chart history to clock up over five #1 singles.
  • Tinie Tempah's fellow British MC/rapper Bugzy Malone raps the third verse. Tempah and Malone previously recorded a song together along with Stormzy, titled "Peak." Though the track achieved over 2million views on YouTube with no promotion, the rapper feels it was overlooked. Tempah told The Guardian in a webchat:

"Because while I was making this album, I would make a tune and it would need to be released in a different clever way - that song clocked up millions, so I wanted to put Bugzy Malone on my album on a song about losing a close friend, what all of us has experienced through life, where you move on and get a new job and you end up not speaking to someone. And offer a platform to him, expose him to my own fanbase. There's a lot more to hear from him."
