When Songfacts spoke with Rik in 2012, he said he'd just been browsing on the "Fan Forum" section of his website. Someone had posted a video of him playing this song live in the late '80s. Although the song meant a lot to the fan, Emmett said that he hadn't thought about the song in 20 years and explained that when he hears it, "All I hear is the stuff that's horrible about it."
