Songfacts®:

  • Victorious is a Nickelodeon sitcom revolving around aspiring singer Tori Vega, portrayed by Victoria Justice, who attends a performing arts high school called Hollywood Arts. Victoria wrote this autobiographical song herself and it ended up on the show. She told Artist Direct: It's basically about my journey from Hollywood, Florida where I grew up to Hollywood, California where I ended up. It's about following your dreams, working hard, having a passion and a vision, and really going for it. If you work hard, anything is possible. The sky's the limit."
  • Victoria wrote the song with Martin Johnson, who is best known as the frontman of the Pop-Rock band Boys Like Girls.
  • The song was released as the third single from the second soundtrack for the Nickelodeon TV series, Victorious 2.0.
