  • Oh oh, oh oh
    Oh oh, oh oh

    Moving, again
    Comfort of the chase
    Now and again
    This my saving grace

Dead on the inside, I've got nothing to prove
Keep me alive and give me something to lose
    Goodbye, this time
    Leaving you

I've been gone so long, so, gone so long
    But I will come back
    I will come back
    I will come back
    I will come back
    I will come back
    I will come back
    I will come back
I will come back for you

    Oh oh, oh oh
    Oh oh, oh oh
    Changes, changing
    Back and forth again
    Trading faces
    Strangers in the end

Dead on the inside I've got nothing to prove
Keep me alive and give me something to lose
    Goodbye, this time
    Leaving you

I've been gone so long, so, gone so long
    But I will come back
    I will come back
    I will come back
    I will come back
    I will come back
    I will come back
    I will come back
I will come back for you
    For you

    I will come back
    I will come back
    I will come back
    I will come back
    I will come back
    I will come back
    I will come back
I will come back for you
    I will come back
    I will come back
    I will come back

  • Mondie from LondonOne by One is a totally amazing album - probably their best (I know that's controversial, but that's my view and I'm sticking to it!)
I've read reviews where the album is talked down and derided, but I can't see what those people are listening to. Sadly, I've seen it quoted that Dave himself only rates the first four songs! How can that be when track after track is 7 or above, and All My Life. Low, Times Like These, Tired of You, Burn Away, and Come Back are 9 or above. That's too many 9s for an average album to cope with and it has to admit it's a classic. Come Back is intense and immense.
  • Matt from Coralville, Iai love this song and im going to make a movie based on this movie. it shall be an epic tribute to the love we must know... the love for perfect ballads, the love for the foo fighters.

    ...."i will come back"
  • Maria The Innocent from Orlando, FlCool solo. Love the Foo!
  • Doug from Balintore, Scotlandthe interlude in this song couldn't be any more perfect
  • Dave from Essex, Englanddave grohl is an absolute legend, and i want this song played at my funeral.
