Album: Disarm the Descent (2013)

  • In these moments of loss and torment
When the vast skies don't seem to call to you
When the weight of this world bears down
And the stars have fallen like tears

    I am with you always
From the darkness of night 'til the morning
    I am with you always
From life until death takes me

Monuments built in remembrance of me
But monuments fade, erode and decay
The memories are all that remain (all that remain)
As far as east is from the west, remember

    I am with you always
From the darkness of night until the morning
    I am with you always
From life until death takes me

When hope seems lost down and lowly
I am here with you always

    I am with you always
    From the darkness of night

    I am with you always
From the darkness of night until the morning
    I am with you always
From life until death takes me

    I am with you always
From life until death takes me Writer/s: Adam Dutkiewicz, Jesse D. Leach, Joel Stroetzel, Justin Foley, Mike D'antonio

  • Dan Gillespy. from Courtenay Bc.A very very good but sad metal song about losing loved ones or friends or anybody you really care about. The video and song can bring you to tears but it is still a very beautiful metal song. We all will be at some point dealing with loss and that is scary.
  • John Moloney from Ireland Should be noted the line with you always is from the bible, Matthew 28:20. With you always until the end of time. Jesse Leach is religious and his father was a pastor and is now a theology professor.
Great song and fantastic album. Bleed for me is another awesome song from that album.
  • Xsmokexemxallx from Canada This band is my lifeline and they never fail, making me happy!
