It's clearly documented in multiple books and the Beatles Anthology series that Paul was hesitant to sample the drug with the rest of his bandmates and didn't use it for the first time until March 1967, nearly a year after this song was composed. I know it's nice to pretend that every song the Beatles wrote from the mid 60s on was about drugs, but that is not the case. The only songs on "Revolver" about drugs were "She Said She Said," "Dr. Robert" and "Got to Get You Into My Life." Do your homework, kids.

Also, I wish that all the Beatles's albums had the same track listings in the US and UK, because I like getting Beatles vinyls and some of my favorite tracks are always missing (like "And Your Bird Can Sing"), resulting in me needing to get more albums (like "Yesterday...and Today"). This experience is just not the same when some songs are left off. Thank God this stopped after Revolver (Sgt. Pepper's is my favorite album)!
