    The moon shines bright above
And the charts declare it's not my night for love
Ah the beat of my heart
    I feel a good vibration
    Saying you and me baby
    Would make a good combination
There's no need for looking to the stars
Can't you see the stars shine in my eyes
    I love you boy,
    I really love you boy

No matter what sign you are
You're gonna be mine you are
Can't let astrology chart our destiny
No matter what sign you are
You're gonna be mine you are

The beat of the heart my love
Is stronger than the charts my love
Your water sign just lit my fire
You fill me with such desire
    I love you boy,
    I really love you boy

No matter what sign you are
You're gonna be mine you are
Can't let astrology chart our destiny
Oh no matter what sign you are
You're gonna be mine you are
    Need you beside me love
    Only you guide me love

    Capricorn, Scorpio, Taurus
    Gemini, Virgo, Cancer
    Pieces, Leo, Libra
    Aries, Aquarius, Sagittarius

I don't care about your rising sign
All I know is when your lips touch mine
You move me boy, you really move me boy
No matter what sign you are
You're gonna be mine you are
Hold me tight, ah hold me
Hold me, hold me, hold me Writer/s: BERRY GORDY JR, BERRY JR GORDY, HENRY COSBY

  • Sam Williams from Sherman OaksThis is a great song that talks about how Zodiac signs are meaningless and it’s all about how someone feels about someone else regardless of their sign. So many people tend to get hung up on someone’s sign but in reality, they might be a Libra or a Cancer but they might not be EXACTLY like how a Cancer or a Libra is supposed to be like.Too many people like to put people in a box based off of their sign even though they might not be ANYTHING like their sign at all. It just doesn’t work that way in real life and this song does a good job of letting people know that.
  • John from Nashville, TnThis was supposed to be the last Diana Ross & The Supremes record and "Someday We'll Be Together" was supposed to by Diana Ross' first solo album. However, the dismal chart performance of this record (#31 pop) along with the even poorer performance of the flip side "The Young Folks" (#69 pop) caused Berry Gordy to change his plans.
  • Kristin from Bessemer, AlMary Wilson and Cindy Birdsong do not appear on this record - it is only Diana and possibly the Andantes- Mary Wilson had remarked in her book "Dreamgirl", that this song was so awful, not singing on it wasn't too bad-
  • Kristin from Bessemer, AlBerry Gordy had penned this one for the Supremes, possibly because of the enormous success of the Fifth Dimension's "Aquarius/Let the Sunshine In". The title of the album this single came from was appropriately titled "Let The Sunshine In".
  • Andre from The Bronx, NyI love this song "No Matter What Sign You Are (You're Gonna Be Mine You Are)"!! This very un-Supremes and extra lively song has so much going on with the real rock 'n' soul music, really clever lyrics about astrology and the zodiac signs and the wilder get-down singing side of Diana!!
