Christina co-wrote the album's track "I'm OK" with Linda Perry of 4 Non Blondes, who also wrote the song "Beautiful." In the song, she talks about her mother being her "shield" and her childhood growing up with an abusive father.
  • On the MTV show Diary, Aguilera said she had recorded the song lying down in one take, and that she began to weep. She said you can hear it on the album. >>>
