Songfacts®:

  • This was released as the third single from Devlin's second album, A Moving Picture. The song was originally due for release on October 22, 2012, but was delayed as the album was also pushed back until January 28, 2013. Devlin premiered the track during his gig as part of the BBC Radio 1Xtra festival in the first week of November 2012.
  • American singer-songwriter Diane Birch receives a co-credit due to the track's sampling of the chorus from her own song of the same name, which featured on her 2009 debut Bible Belt. It marked the UK chart debut for the songstress.
  • The song was co-written by Irish singer-songwriter, Ruth-Anne Cunningham, who at the age of 17 won an ASCAP Pop Award for co-penning JoJo's hit "Too Little, Too Late" with Billy Steinberg and Josh Alexander. As a recording artist she is best known for providing guest vocals on Professor Green's hit single "Remedy."
