  • This song finds Bugg lamenting the end of a relationship and his own role in its downfall. "We've not been together for some time now, after how I handled it you're not to blame," the heartbroken English singer croons. Bugg told Billboard magazine that the song was inspired by splitting up with a former girlfriend. "It was my first proper relationship," he said. "A very dark time."

Bugg also cited Neil Young as an inspiration for the tune.
  • Bugg had the idea for this song for a while, but it took him sometime to actually write it. He told Coup de Main magazine: "It's a very personal matter and it's a very, very dark song. It's something I just had to get out so that I could feel at peace with that part of myself."
