  • This is the fourth single by rapper Lloyd Banks, from his third album H.F.M. 2 (The Hunger for More). The song was released as a digital download on November 22, 2010 and released to radio on January 6, 2011.
  • The song features R&B singer Jeremih and was produced by J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League. It originally leaked whilst Lloyd Banks was on tour in Europe, due to his email being hacked. The leaked version was without Jeremih and featured Banks on the chorus as well as the verses.
  • The video for the song was shot in New York City and Long Island and was directed by Parris. The filming mostly took place in a hotel on January 1, 2011. Jeremih also features in the clip, with cameo appearances from Tony Yayo and 50 Cent. Its concept is about Banks' reliving memories of his previous relationship's and eventually moving on.
