Songfacts®:

  • Meek Mill raps here about having a good time spending money on luxurious items, drinking and getting high. "Litty" or "lit" is slang for when someone is intoxicated either by drugs or alcohol. The person is in such a state that all they can do is smile, giving the appearance of being lit up like a light.
  • Meek Mill's fellow Drake nemesis Tory Lanez croons the hook and also takes on the second verse. Lanez is a frequent Mill collaborator having previously supplied vocals on the Philly rapper's Dreamchasers 3 cut "F---in Wit Me", and "Lord Knows," which was recorded for the Creed soundtrack. Meek Mill also hopped on Lanez's Fargo Friday tune, "I'll Be There."
  • Fellow Toronto artists Tory Lanez and Drake have their own history of dissing each other. Lanez's subliminals aimed at the OVO founder include a mixtape titled The New Toronto, while Drake fired shots at the Toronto up and comer on his "Summer Sixteen" single. Lanez name-drops here Quentin Miller, who Meek alleged was Drake's ghostwriter back in 2015, setting off their beef.

See, we both be making M's
They be making memes, I be making millions
I just counted up a Quentin Miller
    A Q.M, that's a quarter milli
  • The production duo Sound M.O.B. supplied the R&B infused trap beat. The pair are best known for helming Kirko Bangz's 2011 hit single "Drank In My Cup".
