Songfacts®:

  • In this slice of acoustic-based R&B, Ne-Yo laments a lost love.
  • In the song's music video, which he describes as a prequel to his promo for "Mad," Ne-Yo gets trapped in a love triangle. The clip was filmed in Prague. The singer was already in the Czech city shooting the movie Red Tails and he told People magazine that choosing Prague as a location for the promo was a no-brainer. Said Ne-Yo: "I knew I had to hurry up and get my video done, and I was already here, so I said, 'How about you guys come out here to shoot the video?' It's a beautiful city, and it made a gorgeous backdrop for the video. It's a beautiful site to see with all of the architecture."
