Songfacts®:

  • Rak-Su is a British boy band from Watford, England comprising childhood friends Ashley Fongo, Jamaal Shurland, Mustafa Rahimtulla and Myles Stephenson. In 2017 they auditioned for The UK X Factor, performing their original song titled "I'm Feeling You." The quartet reached the final on the first weekend of December 2017, alongside Kevin Davy White and Grace Davies. They emerged as champions and this original song was released as their winners single.
  • Rak-Su first performed the reggaeton-influenced tune on week two of the X Factor live shows as part of Latino Week. They performed it again in the final, this time with additional vocals from Wyclef Jean and production from Naughty Boy. It was this version, which was released as their debut single.
  • Dimelo, dimelo, dimelo
You got them hips like Shakira
    Smile like Camila
    Got me feeling Latino

Dinelo is Dominican slang which is used as a greeting in a similar vein to "What's up?" It literally means in Spanish "Tell it to me."
  • All proceeds from the song are being donated to Children's hospice charities Together for Short Lives and Shooting Star Chase.
