Songfacts®:

  • "Dancing With Healing" is a collaboration between Rudimental, the British-Australian singer-songwriter Charlotte Plank, and the British DJ Vibe Chemistry. The joint's lyrics delve deep into the magical force of dance's straight-up healing vibes.
  • This track's on a mission to set you free, urging us to ditch our worries and dance like there's no tomorrow.

When you need space, when you need time
When it gets heavy on your mind
When you lose faith, put your hand in mine
    When it gets heavy
    Dancin' is healin'
    Love is the answer

Charlotte Plank drops knowledge, reminding us that dance isn't just about the moves - it's an emotional journey too. It's how we unleash our true selves and vibe with others, no words needed. When we hit that dance floor, we shed our inhibitions and find pure freedom. So get up, let loose, and let the music guide your soul!
  • Charlotte Plank comes from a musical lineage - her folks found love in the Aussie rave scene of the early '90s, and her own uncle laid down beats as a DJ. When lockdown hit, she took charge and started laying down tracks. The hustle paid off when she got signed to Black Butter Records, and on August 22, 2022, Plank unleashed her debut single, "HATE ME."
  • Vibe Chemistry is a producer straight outta Milton Keynes, England. In spring 2022, his track "Ballin'" got a fresh remix, featuring the talents of UK MCs, Songer, Mr Traumatik, Devilman, and Oneda. That joint made its mark, hitting #35 on the UK singles chart and sticking around for a solid 15 weeks on the tally.
  • Rudimental co-wrote "Dancing Is Healing" with Conor Belis, George Conway, Sarah Blanchett, Sarah Sheldrake, Billen Ted and Jamie Hartman. Billen Ted, a songwriting and producing duo comprising Tom Hollings and Sam Brennan, helped Rudimental and Vibe Chemistry with the production.
